Notes / Terms and Conditions for Supply of Goods

Where we are Jhs Intl Ltd T/A Border Loves and are referred to as the “Supplier”, and you the retailer/purchasing business are referred to as the “Purchaser”.

• We regularly update our prices and always endeavour to pass on any savings due to economies of scale in order to encourage increased buying patterns. To date this has resulted in regular savings for our select group of retailers.
• Due to issues outside of our control, price adjustments may occur in the opposite direction; however, to date this has not been the case.
• If you have a requirement for a larger purchase, please contact us as we may be able to assist with bulk or own label requests.
• Prices are in Pounds Sterling and do not include freight.
• New products will be added throughout the year and the list updated. Products available for pre-order are subject to internal quality control checks and may be subject to cancellation should any issues arise.
• We reserve the right to reject any order without obligation to assign reason. No order will be deemed accepted unless confirmed by us in writing.
• Payment is required in advance upon invoice receipt. RRP is a minimum guide price only, as our online prices do not reflect customer postal charges.
• Minimum Order Value is £50.
• All stocks are fluid and are not guaranteed unless stock is held following receipt of projections or forward orders.
• Any issues or delays will be advised upon order placement.
• Delivery: We shall provide an advance invoice including the appropriate delivery charge. We will arrange transportation of the goods, but the Purchaser is responsible for the cost and any associated or applicable taxes and duties.
• Risk and ownership will pass to the Purchaser upon delivery.
• Goods sold are not refundable.
• Our liability in connection with any goods supplied is strictly limited to the purchase price of the goods in question.
• No dog toy is indestructible. Every dog is different in their treatment of toys and play should always be supervised. This is clearly advised on our website listings and, where possible, on labels. Materials used are non-toxic; however, it is always the owner’s responsibility to monitor their dog, remove toys if damaged or partly destroyed, and avoid harm from ingestion. We recommend that retailers also advise customers accordingly.
• Any intellectual property rights remain the property of the Supplier.
• All Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland.

• Not all items are listed. Please contact us if you have an interest in a particular product from our website or social media, as we may still be able to offer this depending upon the request.
